Cancellation Policy
Booking fees are required.
Booking fees are non refundable and will be forfeited by appointment cancellation, upon 2nd reschedule, excessive lateness, or no call no show.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee at my discretion.
3 cancellations without communication will result in a booking ban.
No Call No Shows will be charged 50% and will result in a booking ban.
There is a 10 min grace period for appointments. Running later than 10 mins will result in a cancellation and will be charged the 50% cancellation fee at my discretion.
Please note any last minute cancellations on services within your appointment will require a cancellation fee.
